Cancellation Policy

Virtual Call Policy 1. Payment and Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled (see rescheduling policy below). 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a rebooking fee of 20% of the session price. 3. Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the session, no refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your session to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. 4. Session Guidelines: The session is personalized to your business, so please come prepared with specific questions or topics you'd like to cover. A stable internet connection is required for the session. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues on your end. 5. Recording and Privacy: The session may be recorded for your reference upon request. Recordings will only be shared with you and not used for any other purpose. All discussions during the session are confidential and will not be shared outside of the session. 6. Results Disclaimer: The virtual call provides guidance, actionable strategies, and professional advice based on best practices, but the implementation of these strategies is entirely the student's responsibility. Results will vary depending on your effort, consistency, and business circumstances. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made. It is up to you to take action on the advice provided during the session. We are not responsible for any lack of results due to inaction or incomplete implementation.
